Framed 1980s era Philadelphia Poster in aqua color metal frame. The included text references Philadelphia founder, William Penn’s vision of preserving the city’s green landscape with parks and nature spots. Some minor aging to color as seen in photos. One small crack in bottom left corner of glass but does not effect functionality of the piece.
